Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or tampered with, we’re here to help! We offer a replacement or refund for eligible claims, subject to the following conditions: To qualify for a return or refund: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery You must email us at contact@amalanfoods.com Include the following: A clear unboxing video showing the issue A photo of the damaged or incorrect product Your order ID and full name This helps us validate the claim and ensure fairness for all customers.
Reporting Window Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, unfortunately, we may not be able to process your request due to the perishable nature of our goods.
What Happens Next? Once your claim is verified: We will offer a replacement shipment or Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation Our team will contact you within 2–3 working days to update you on the status of your request.
Additional Information Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. In the case of online payments, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect. We do not offer Cash on Delivery, so refunds for COD are not applicable.
